SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA! All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post within 3 business days from when the order is placed.
We ship to every country in the world… just no other Planets sorry! All International Orders are sent via air freight with Australia Post for a flat rate of AUD$20.00.
Please make sure you allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order.
Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.
Your parcel may be too big to fit through your post box. So please make sure someone is there to receive it. We recommend that you get it delivered to your work address if you know that’s where you will be.
We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal (which allows you to use credit card). Both methods are safe and easy to use. You don’t have to be a member of PayPal.
We really hope you love your Heavenly Creatures items as much as we do, but if it’s just not what you wanted don’t stress! If you’re not entirely happy with your order, please get in touch within 48 Hours of your parcel being delivered – email@example.com
You will need to pay for the return postage unless the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.
Refunds will only be processed once we receive the item(s). We will process your refund immediately; however, you might need to allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the monies back to your account.
We cannot provide a refund if the product was not purchased on our online store.
You can swap an item if it is unused and still in its original packaging with all swing tags attached up to 2 weeks after delivery. You will need to pay the postage to return it to us.
